Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Goddess Models ("the Service", "the App", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Goddess Models.

By using this Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service.

3. Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You may not use another person's account without permission

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Scrape or collect user data without consent
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Use the Service to distribute spam or unsolicited messages

5. Model Services & Bookings

5.1 For Clients

  • Booking requests are subject to model availability
  • Payment is required to confirm bookings
  • Cancellation policies apply as stated at booking
  • Respectful conduct is mandatory at all times

5.2 For Models

  • Must provide accurate profile information
  • Must honor confirmed bookings
  • Subject to platform commission on earnings
  • Must maintain professional standards

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require payment, including:

  • Premium and VIP Goddess memberships
  • Model booking deposits
  • Course enrollments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Note: In-app purchases made through the iOS App Store are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Goddess Models (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by Goddess Models and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Goddess Models name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Goddess Models.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Harassment or abuse of other users
  • Any conduct harmful to the platform or community

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Goddess Models is not responsible for user-generated content, the actions of other users, or any third-party services or events.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL GODDESS MODELS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
